At first ,the passion for six pacs was among youngsters in Western countries .After seeing the looks of heroes like Arnold Schwarzenegger,Ronald Reagen in movies and some Pro-wrestlers in certain wrestling shows , the youngsters began to pack their backs in Gyms and started drinking Protein potions .They thought that ,it would boost their look in front of the females.
Now this kind of culture is slowly poisoned youngsters in India Seeing the stars like SRK, Aameer khan having ripped their bodies in North India and also in south India when Surya and Vishal ripped their bodies ,the younger Indians got the craze for six packs and Ripped looks
